For fast and high-quality printing or embroidery, file preparation is crucial. We recommend sending vector files with extensions such as EPS, AI, CDR, or PDF, which should not be compressed. The text should be converted to curves, and colours should be defined using the Pantone Color Guide (C) scale. However, all of these recommendations are not mandatory. Our graphic designers will assist you in file preparation and review to ensure your products are exactly as desired.

Printing is the most popular form of personalization for workwear, casual clothing, and promotional textiles. The type of printing on the products depends on the material, design, preferences, and quantity. In collaboration with trusted printers, we also offer HI-VIZ printing with reflective, fluorescent, and glow-in-the-dark colors.

The price of printing depends on the type of printing, logo size, and the number of colors in the logo or advertising message.

DTG printing is a technique where special printers directly print onto the fabric. The advantage of DTG printing on shirts is the ability to create completely unique pieces of clothing. This type of printing is not suitable for garments made primarily of polyester.

Heat transfer printing with transfer paper, flock, and flex film is a type of printing where a polyurethane film is applied to the fabric using heat and pressure. This type of printing is suitable for creating unique prints in smaller quantities. We can print designs or advertising messages in one or more colors. However, this type of printing is not suitable for garments with large-sized prints as it restricts breathability on the printed area.

Screen printing is a printing technique where ink is applied directly to the fabric through a screen. It is suitable for larger quantities of promotional products and all types of designs. It is the most commonly used printing method, it is cost-effective, and it provides excellent durability.

Sublimation printing is a technique where dyes change their state from solid to gas. The dyes sublimate and penetrate the structure of the material as a gas. This printing method is suitable only for garments and products in white color with a majority composition of polyester (minimum 75% polyester, preferably more than 90% polyester). Since the color becomes part of the fibers, the print does not crack or fade even after multiple washes or other mechanical impacts.

Personalization of workwear and other corporate and promotional products through machine embroidery is a technique that ensures the long-lasting durability of the applied designs. Embroidery adds elegance, a luxurious look, and uniqueness to the items.

The price of embroidery is determined based on the number of needle stitches in the material. Therefore, the price increases with the size of the logo. The number of colors does not affect the price of embroidery.

The 3D embroidery technique is primarily suitable for promotional materials and gifts that you want to stand out. It adds dimensional depth to your logo or design, achieved through an additional layer of foam. The 3D embroidery technique is mainly used on caps with a visor.
